Mike’s focus at VESTA is dealing with small business owners, helping them with their personal insurance needs along with their group benefits. As a business owner himself, Mike knows the struggles to offer competitive benefits along with being cost-conscious. In the insurance business for 33 years now, Mike has your answer pertaining to any type of insurance need.
Mike is a 1984 graduate of Bloomsburg University. He has been in the insurance field since 1985. He lives in Montgomery Township for the past 25 years with his wife, Linda. While raising three sons, Mike founded Montgomery Basketball Association in 1999 and was president for 12 years.
Denise Shedaker, the co-founder of VESTA Insurance, started in the insurance business in 2005. Since that time, Denise has been an Independent Insurance Agent specializing in Personal Lines. Her primary role is to ensure that customers are receiving the insurance coverage most appropriate for their family’s needs. Denise values attention to detail and accuracy. She takes responsibility for timely completion whenever our customers call upon her.
Denise has a degree in Business Psychology from Holy Family University. She resides in Feasterville with her husband, Dan, and their two children, Ryan and Leah. In her free time, Denise enjoys running, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.

Linda joins VESTA as an Accounts Payable Specialist, and graphic designer. Linda has a degree in Computer Science from Bloomsburg University. She enjoys the Jersey Shore and traveling the world. When not working, you can find Linda teaching yoga at Whole Body Yoga Studio, located in North Wales

Erin provides service for Vesta’s Personal Insurance Lines. She is a graduate of West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. Erin works hard to understand our customer’s needs while offering the service and answers they deserve. In her free time, Erin enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending time with her family.
Derek is a member of the Group Benefits Department providing sales and service to our group benefits clients. He believes in being a quick and knowledgeable resource for our customers regarding their benefits packages. He comes from a background of several years in the finance, and medical industry. He brings a well-rounded skillset to Vesta!
Derek’s degree from Gettysburg College is in Economics, where he played basketball for four years. Currently, he is an assistant coach at Hatboro-Horsham High School Boys’ varsity team. In his free time, Derek enjoys sports and spending time with family and friends. He recently married his college sweetheart, Cari, where they reside in Montgomeryville.
